MEKO GEAR STORE POLICIES

COVID-19 UPDATE 

Due to the continuous delay in shipment via distributors, vendors, and postal services, some shipments may arrive later than the expected delivery date. Please be ware of these changes. We are working hard to ensure that you receive your orders on time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, as this is something far beyond our control. Shipping Our standard shipping times are 3-5 business days after order is processed. Rush Shipping is also available.

Returns Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: Custom Made Items, Pedalboards, Gift Cards, Final Sale Items, or Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (i.e Invoice)

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive STORE CREDIT within 24 hours.

Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Return Shipping To return your product, please email [email protected] and we will give you the address where you should return the item to. You will be responsible for paying for your own returned shipping costs, unless items are defected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping a custom item, or an item over $75, We would suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Custom Gear Our standard PROCESSING time for your custom gear (i.e Pedal Boards) is 7-10 business days. All custom gear sales are final and are not eligible for return nor exchange.
